Under the fourth article of the agreement executed by the late Nawab in 1870 a police force has been organized. Up to 1880 there were two classes of police, sixty state police and thirty-two jail police. Both were under the control of the karbhari, the magistrates, and the head constable. In 1880 the two sections of the police were joined into one, the strength reduced from ninety-two to eighty- four, and the whole of them drilled and placed under the charge of the Assistant Political Agent. The Raigad District Police Force then Colaba District Police Force came into existence in the year 1885. Now Raigad District police force contained 28 police station representing 15 Revenue Tahasil Talukas

  • They want to tap / record the mobile call of suspects.
  • SMS content was also required.
  • Live monitoring was not available, they had to wait for the call to get complete, once complete then they can listen the call. In mean time suspect can go far away.

Solution Delivered

  • The mobile call whose recording has to be done that particular number has to be parallel forward to the PRI number which we had kept on recording.
  • Suspect can be anywhere but his call will record in Head quarter.
  • SMS content is also captured as per below screenshot.

  • Call Related Information (CRI) file gets saved locally and we move CRI files from service provider to HQ voice logger system.
  • We process the data centrally and display the information on Callxplorer Pro application.
  • Snooping of live calls. The call which are getting record can be played on any mobile number on real time.
  • Latitude and longitude details can be viewed on Maps

  • Thousands of junk calls was getting created at branch side due to faulty telephone lines. And all thousands of junk calls were getting transferred to HO.
  • There was not any method where they come to know in xyz branch recording stopped.

Solution Delivered

  • The junk call which are getting created at branch side are deleted automatically and it will net get transfer to HO.
  • An alert system has be provided where in any branch recording stopped immediately an email alert is sent to NOC team for further action.
